With our Managed Services deal, we will take care of that on your behalf. Your VPS will be added to our custom–made server monitoring system and if ever there’s a sign of a problem, our system administrators will be warned automatically.

Weekly Backups

In case you have a high–demand site or a data–heavy web app, it is essential to keep a full backup of everything. However, setting up an automatic backup system can be tough. For this reason, our company offers you our Managed Services package – we take full responsibility to maintain a full backup copy of your VPS server, not only of your websites and data, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each week, retaining all the modifications that you have made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & set up special software applications on it. And if this sounds like something much too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Managed Services package, is definitely the right solution for you. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our experienced sysadmins who will install and configure any software app or resolve any trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it’s an additional feature.
