Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
Setting up a catch-all e-mailbox will be extremely easy in case you have a shared hosting with our company. You can enable the feature through our powerful, yet simple-to-work-with Email Manager, which is built into the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you’ll manage the account itself. You will find all the mailboxes that you have set up enumerated in alphabetical order and on the right-hand side of each of them there will be a mini "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly inform you whether a certain mailbox stores all the emails for a certain domain name or not. With a single mouse click on the icon you can activate or deactivate the feature whenever you want. If there’s enabled email forwarding or if some other mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a given domain, you’ll get a warning from our system. The latter won’t replace/deactivate anything automatically or without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be enabled easily if you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve created with the domain names hosted in the account will be listed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and you’ll find a tiny button handily situated right next to each one of them. With only one single click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain with the option already enabled and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and activate this feature using the contextual menu that will come into sight. If any of the conditions for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will inform you, but will not disable or replace anything automatically.
